Learning to drive is all about planing ahead and being prepared for anynthing. Being prepared for driving in bad weather before you find it is the key. Keep a spare set of light bulbs in your car and cheek the lights regularly. Keep all the windows and light lenses clean and keep the washer bottle topped up with a proper scren wash, not just water. Clean the wiper blades and change them at least once a year or when they start to leave smears on the windows.
